Ashley Harmon

Ashley joined Hogarth Hermiston Severs LLP in 2021 as partner. Ashley is passionate about ensuring people’s hard-earned legacies are passed along to future generations in the most practical and tax efficient way.

On the planning side, Ashley developing unique and personal estate plan that meets the needs of each family she works with. On the administration and litigation side, Ashley prides herself in helping families tackle the daunting task of administering an estate and resolving any issues that arise with court intervention when necessary. 

Ashley has appeared in person on behalf of clients in the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and in writing to the Supreme Court of Canada. Ashley has also appeared for clients in private arbitrations and mediations.
